Berta Rhae (Grandma Berta) Doramus passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital Meridian, on April 15, 2017 at the age of 79. She was born August 1, 1937 in Logan, UT. The family bought a farm and moved to Kuna, ID in 1949. She married the love of her life, CW (Bill) Doramus, May 24th 1953 and devoted herself to him for the next 62 years. They raised their four children on the same family farm. After the children were grown, they moved to Caldwell and later to Greenleaf. Berta enjoyed birding and spending time with her kids and grandkids. Her final days were spent in her little house on her son’s ranch near Notus.

Berta and Bill (CW) enjoyed traveling after retirement and spent winters in Yuma, Arizona and summers in Donnelly, Idaho.

She is survived by her children Sandy (Charles) Johnson, Sun Valley, Nevada; Scott/Bill Doramus (Shari), Notus, ID; Jim (Pam) Doramus, New Meadows, ID; Julie (Jack) Bryson, Nampa, ID. Her sisters, Kaye Svedin, Carma (Gene) Wilson and brothers, Kent (Kaye) Bacon and Ron (Lenore) Bacon.  She loved and was deeply loved by her grandchildren: Judd, Smoky, Clint and Jocee Doramus; Micah and Tausha (Krohn) Doramus; Derry, Lori (Newby) Bryson, John Bunn and was blessed with 21 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband and both parents.
