Marilyn Salsbury

Marilyn Salsbury, 80, of Nampa, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, 

April 29, 2021. She was born Marilyn Antoinette Carter on June 12, 1940, in Delaware, Ohio. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on a date to be determined. Services are under the direction of the Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Ave. So., Nampa 208-466-3545.

She married Marvin Salsbury on February 19, 1965, and they were together until his death in 2006.

Marilyn was a member of the Nampa First Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by aunt Helen Calvin; children Kristen Salsbury, Diana Cerda, and Erick Vermillion-Salsbury; grandchildren Corey, Genavieve, Miranda, Dominic, and Aislinn; great-grandchildren Maggie and Lorelai. 

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Marvin Salsbury Business Scholarship Fund at Northwest Nazarene University, 623 Holly St., Nampa, Idaho 83686 or the American Cancer Society, 2676 Vista Ave., Boise, Idaho 83705.
