Roger William Vitek

Roger William Vitek, 75, of Nampa, was born on December 12, 1942. He passed away on April 19, 2018 surrounded by family in Mountain Home. He was born in Tabor, South Dakota to William and Grace Vitek. He grew up in Nampa and graduated from Nampa High School. After graduation he started plumbing school and married the love of his life, Sue Brown, on October 19, 1963.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter-in-law, Cheri. He is survived by his wife of 54 years; Sue, his brother; Dennis (Cindy) Vitek, three sons; Troy of Gooding, Todd (Amy) of Nampa, and Travis (Ruth) of Caldwell, as well as his six grandchildren, a great-grandson, and extended family. In honor of Roger, a memorial service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, April 27, 2018 at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Avenue South, Nampa, ID 83651.
