Timothy Scott Jenkins

Timothy Scott Jenkins, 28, beloved son, brother, and friend passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 as the result of an automobile accident.

Tim was born May 19, 1991 in Boise, Idaho the second child to David and Cheryl Jenkins. Tim attended Nampa schools and graduated from Skyview High School in 2009. Tim was passionate about baseball and was a member of the baseball team where he found many lifelong friends. After high school Tim attended The College of Western Idaho (CWI) and majored in business. At the time of this death was currently working at Winco Foods.

Tim loved being around his family and friends. Anyone that knew Tim, gravitated towards him because of his infectious laugh, personality and his genuine kindness and caring for all. He had the type of soul that would not simply guide someone through their distress, but rather walk beside them to keep them company in their darkest hour. 

Tim loved spending time outdoors with family and friends, playing frisbee golf, hiking, camping, and fishing.

He is survived by his father, David Jenkins; sister, Erin (Shane) Chesnut; grandmother, Shirley Huss; various aunts and uncles; niece, Payton Chesnut; nephew, Zachary Chesnut; his buddy, Echo; and many beloved friends.

Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Jenkins; his grandparents, Charles and Marlene Jenkins; and grandfather, Wayne Huss.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10^th Avenue South.
