So sorry to be called about Dan. He was the kind of guy a person could depend on no matter when or where. His quick wit could catch one off guard. I always enjoyed conversations with this remarkable man, may he Rest In Peace. We are out of state and are very sorry we could not attend his services.

Darla and I are heartbroken at the passing of Dan. It's not often that one can turn a business relationship into a friendship and Dan was responsible for doing that. He had the gift of making everyone feel special. Being able to take him to Alaska Fishing, with Earl, was one of the highlights of my life. Darla and I will be out of town during the funeral, but know that our thoughts and prayers will be will you, Marie and Craig. May God be with you during your time of loss, and forever more.

Marie and Craig,
We enjoyed Danny's friendship a great deal. He was so easy to be around with his good sense of humor. We admired his good business sense as well. I particularly have fond memories of fishing with him and Dan Howarth. The competition was on even before the boat was in the water. First fish, the most fish and the biggest fish ....a dollar for each. I never came out on that one with those two guys in the boat. Great memories.
Our sincerest sympathies and condolences ,
Dick and Dana

Marie and Craig,
Dan will be missed by all who knew him. He was blessed with a sense of humor which was always evident when we spoke.
Dan was a loyal friend to Richard for over 45 years. The two had great adventures fishing, lunches and all those Big O conventions.
May you find comfort in treasured memories.
In sympathy and prayers,
Peggy Cunningham

Dear Sara, Marie and Craig,
I send you my love and prayers. Dan was a wonderful man and has a beautiful, loving and caring soul. He was so much like his own father and Craig, I believe you to also be the same. The video was wonderful and his love for nature (and definitely fishing!) was evidenced. The music was perfect and fitting. God bless you and thank you for sharing. Sara, Dan always had your back since you were a little girl. Love to you all. He will be missed. Marcia Hannah.
