Fred H. Proctor, 81, of Kuna, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2017 at his home. 

He was born January 13, 1936 in Ogden, Utah to Fred and Lois Allen Proctor.

Fred married Dorothy Edwards on November 29 in Reno, Nevada.

He was a full-time military man serving in the United States Air Force.

Fred was a long-time member of the American Legion Post 142 in Kuna.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Kim Lowther of Kuna and Karmen Horkley of Nampa; one son, Tom Lyle of Washington; five grandchildren; one brother, Forrest (Dawn) Proctor of St. George, Utah; one sister, Connie (Bill) Mull of Enterprise, Utah and one half- brother, Leland Proctor of Eagle, Idaho.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Interment will be in Kuna Cemetery at a later date.
